COOPER DELIVERED DIGITAL / APP DIRECTORY

APPS BUILT BECAUSE WE NEEDED THEM.

We don’t start with “what app could we sell?”

We usually start with: “Why is there not a better way to do this?”

Cooper Delivered Digital builds practical apps from problems we’ve encountered while running businesses, marketing, gardening and building life on five rural acres in Western Australia.

We build them for ourselves first. Then, when they work, we make them available to everyone else.

01 / CHOOSE A SYSTEM

WHAT DO YOU NEED HELP WITH?

Two very different problems created two very different apps. Both started the same way.

We needed them.

01 — COOPER DELIVERED EARTH

CDD://APPS/EARTH

YOUR GARDEN HAS A LOT GOING ON.

Seeds. Planting dates. Tasks. Photos. Things that worked. Things that absolutely did not. Plants you want to grow next.

I love gardening, but I couldn’t find a gardening app that worked quite the way I wanted one to.

So I built one.

Cooper Delivered Earth is a free gardening app designed to help gardeners plan, record and actually use the information that comes from growing things.

INSIDE EARTH

500+ PLANT LIBRARY

Explore a growing plant library with information to help you plan what you’re growing.

SEED BOX

Keep track of the seeds you’ve collected and want to grow.

PLANTING & GARDEN TASKS

Turn gardening intentions into things you can actually remember to do.

EARTH JOURNAL

Record what is happening in your garden and keep photo memories as it changes.

OFFLINE ACCESS

Built with rural life in mind, because the internet doesn’t always follow you into the garden.

COMMUNITY POTENTIAL

Designed with room for councils and communities to support local gardening information, sustainability initiatives, seed libraries, workshops and community resources.

And right now? It’s free. No payment details required. No subscription required. Just gardening.

02 — THE BOARD

CDD://APPS/THE_BOARD

MARKETING WAS GETTING MESSY.

Campaigns. Content. Shoot lists. Ideas. Competitors. Research. SEO. Calendars. Follow-ups. And approximately seventeen places I’d written something important down.

I didn’t want another marketing app telling me what marketing should look like.

I wanted somewhere I could actually see what I was doing.

So I built The Board.

The Board is a free marketing planning app built around an investigation system.

CAMPAIGNS BECOME CASES
COMPETITORS BECOME SUSPECTS
RESEARCH BECOMES EVIDENCE

INSIDE THE BOARD

FAST CAMPAIGNS

Build a quick campaign and learn how the system works.

CASES

Develop campaigns around your audience, offer, hooks, content, platforms, tasks and proof.

MARKETING CALENDAR

See what’s happening and what’s coming.

DRAG-AND-DROP PLANNING

Move work through planning, creating, publishing and follow-up.

CONTENT ENGINE

Track pillars, campaigns, series, content types, platforms and stages.

12-MONTH PLANNING

Step back from tomorrow’s post and look at the bigger picture.

SHOOT PLANNING

Connect campaigns to actual content-production days.

DEEP UNDERCOVER

Go deeper into email, blogs, SEO and other campaign planning when you need to.

PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS

Use focused work blocks to move the work forward.

OFFLINE ACCESS

Because ideas don’t always arrive while you’re conveniently connected to Wi-Fi.

The Board is currently free to use.

03 / THE PATTERN

DIFFERENT APPS. SAME REASON.

Earth came from gardening. The Board came from marketing.

Neither started with a software trend report. They came from doing the work and realising: I wish I had something that did this.

PROBLEM
FRUSTRATION
WHAT IF?
BUILD
USE IT
IMPROVE IT
SHARE IT

If it doesn’t make our own lives or businesses more useful, organised, interesting or capable, there isn’t much point building it.

04 / BUILT FROM REAL LIFE

THE BUSINESSES ARE THE TEST LAB.

Cooper Delivered Digital didn’t begin inside a software company.

It grew through running Cooper Delivered, building Nana’s Quest, marketing products, establishing a garden, working off-grid and repeatedly finding little things technology could make easier.

That means we’re often the first users. We find the annoying bits. We discover what makes sense in real life. And we keep building from there.

05 / ORGANISATIONS

CDD://PARTNERSHIP_CHANNEL

COULD ONE OF THESE SYSTEMS WORK FOR YOUR PEOPLE?

Both apps began as tools for individuals. But they don’t necessarily have to stop there.

We’re open to conversations with councils, organisations, technology platforms, businesses and aligned partners.

06 / WHAT’S NEXT?

PROBABLY SOMETHING WE HAVEN’T NEEDED YET.

There are currently two apps online. That doesn’t mean there will only ever be two.

But we’re not interested in filling a catalogue for the sake of filling it.

Something will annoy us. We’ll wonder if there’s a better way. Someone will probably say: “Someone should build that.”

And we’ll see what happens.
