We already run WooCommerce businesses. When you spend enough time processing orders, managing products, watching stock and dealing with customers, little frustrations start appearing.

Most orders are boring. That is exactly what we want. But occasionally something needs attention: a customer has contacted you, something is missing, something needs checking or the order can’t disappear back into the normal stream yet.
