PARTNER WITH THE BOARD MARKETING APP.

WHAT COULD YOUR ORGANISATION DO WITH THE BOARD?

The Board is a free marketing planning app built for people trying to organise campaigns, content, ideas, shoots, distribution and everything else happening inside a business.

It started because I needed it for my own businesses. If it never becomes anything more than the system I use every day, it has already done its job. But I can see what it could become.

We’re open to expert rooms, partnerships, sponsorship, white-labelling, licensing, organisational access, integrations and ideas we haven’t thought of yet.

01 / WHY THE BOARD EXISTS

I’M NOT A MARKETER. I JUST HAVE A LOT TO MARKET.

I run two businesses.

That means campaigns, products, content, websites, SEO, emails, launches, photos, ideas, social platforms and approximately seventeen things I was absolutely certain I would remember.

I’m not a marketing guru. I built The Board because I needed somewhere to put all of it.

And because I’m probably never going to become a detective, I decided marketing could become the investigation instead.

Campaigns became cases. Research became evidence. Planning became The Board.

As my businesses grow and I learn more, The Board can grow with them.

02 / THE COMMERCIAL IDEA

SMALL BUSINESS SHOULDN’T HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERY LAYER OF HELP.

Running a business already comes with subscriptions everywhere. Another platform. Another tool. Another monthly payment.

The Board is currently free, and while its Google Play listing may indicate that it contains ads, the current vision is not to turn the app into a wall of conventional advertising.

I’d rather explore whether larger organisations, experts and businesses can support genuinely useful parts of the experience.

Not an advertisement interrupting someone’s work. Something that actually helps them do the work.

That’s where the idea of Marketing Rooms begins.

03 / MARKETING ROOMS

DON’T BUY AN AD. BUILD A USEFUL MARKETING ROOM.

Imagine opening The Board and entering a dedicated PR room.

Instead of a banner telling you that a PR professional exists, the room actually helps you understand PR: what to prepare, what makes something newsworthy, what belongs in a media pitch, what to avoid and where to begin.

The room could be supported by an experienced professional or organisation whose expertise shapes genuinely useful guidance.

PR ROOM

Media, publicity and pitching.

SEO ROOM

Search planning and website visibility.

EMAIL ROOM

Campaign and email planning.

CONTENT ROOM

Content production and distribution.

E-COMMERCE ROOM

Online retail planning.

BRANDING ROOM

Identity and positioning.

BUSINESS SUPPORT ROOM

Practical business resources.

Marketing Rooms are future partnership concepts, not features currently guaranteed inside The Board.

04 / WHAT DOES THE PARTNER GET?

THIS IS STILL A COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIP.

BRAND PRESENCE

Your organisation associated with a relevant area of expertise.

EDUCATIONAL AUTHORITY

An opportunity to contribute genuinely useful knowledge.

DISCOVERY

Users who need deeper help can understand who helped create the resource.

AUDIENCE CONNECTION

A relevant relationship with people already working on that problem.

LONGER-TERM INTEGRATION

Where appropriate, a room could grow into something deeper than static information.

The exact structure, attribution, links, content and commercial arrangement would be agreed individually. Marketing Rooms are a developing partnership concept, not currently guaranteed functionality.

05 / WHAT DOES THE USER GET?

THIS ONLY WORKS IF THE USER WINS TOO.

The room has to help them.

Not manipulate them into buying something. Not hide the useful answer behind a sales pitch. Not collect unnecessary information.

It should help them understand the problem well enough to take their next step.

06 / WHITE-LABEL THE BOARD

WHAT IF THE BOARD WORE YOUR BADGE?

We are open to exploring white-label opportunities for organisations that see value in providing a structured marketing planning system to their customers, members, clients or communities.

That might include business-development programs, regional business organisations, educational environments, agencies or other organisations supporting people who need to market what they do.

White-label arrangements would be assessed individually. The Board is not currently presented as an off-the-shelf unlimited white-label licence.

07 / LICENSING & ORGANISATIONAL ACCESS

MAYBE YOU DON’T NEED TO REBUILD IT.

If your organisation sees value in The Board itself, its methodology, elements of the system or providing access to a larger group, we’re open to serious commercial conversations.

Opportunities could include licensing, organisational deployment, business-program access, distribution or another model appropriate to the organisation.

Conversation, not promise.

> discuss_licensing();

08 / TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATIONS

THE BOARD DOESN’T NEED TO BECOME EVERYTHING.

Sometimes the smarter opportunity is connecting useful systems.

We’re open to technology and platform conversations that could make The Board more useful without turning a deliberately visual planning system into another bloated piece of business software.

09 / HELP THE BOARD REACH MORE PEOPLE

PARTNERSHIP DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN MONEY.

Maybe you don’t need a Marketing Room. Maybe you don’t want a licence. Maybe there isn’t a sponsorship budget.

But perhaps you work with thousands of small businesses.

You might feature The Board in a newsletter, include it in a business program, write about it, demonstrate it, share it with your members or put it in front of people who could genuinely use it.

Distribution has value too.

If you can help The Board reach more of the people it was built for, that’s a conversation worth having.

10 / THE RULE

THE USER HAS TO BENEFIT.

USEFUL > INTERRUPTIVE
EXPERTISE > ADVERTISING
CONTRIBUTION > ATTENTION
SMALL BUSINESS > LOGO

We’re here to make money. Our partners are allowed to make money too.

But the commercial model should work because we’ve created more value for the person using The Board, not because we’ve found another surface to sell their attention on.

11 / THE BOARD WILL KEEP MOVING

THE CURRENT BOARD ISN’T THE END OF THE INVESTIGATION.

The Board will grow as I grow.

As my businesses encounter new problems, I learn new things and the way we market changes, I’ll continue asking whether something belongs inside The Board.

Some ideas will. Some won’t. Some may become entirely separate Cooper Delivered Digital products.

I use The Board myself. That means I’m not building features simply so the feature list gets longer. They need to earn their place.

12 / DIGITAL ISN’T THE ONLY FORMAT

DIGITAL ISN’T THE ONLY FORMAT.

The Board also exists as a separate detective-style physical marketing book available through the Cooper Delivered Digital Shelf.

13 / PARTNERSHIP & COMMERCIAL ENQUIRY

COULD YOUR ORGANISATION BUILD SOMETHING WITH THE BOARD?

Tell us what caught your attention: expert rooms, partnership, sponsorship, white-label, licensing, organisational access, integration, strategic partnership or another commercial opportunity.

You do not need a finished proposal. Start with what you see, what you could bring and what you think The Board could become for your people.
