Problem Orders creates a clearer way to identify WooCommerce orders that require additional attention.

Instead of trying to remember, “I need to come back to that one,” you can separate the problem from the normal flow of orders and keep it visible while you deal with it.

It is a small operational tool.

But when you are running a business and doing ten other things at once, small tools can remove a surprising amount of mental clutter.

Problem Orders was not created because we sat around trying to think of another plugin to sell.

It came from something much simpler: running businesses where real customers place real orders and occasionally something goes wrong.

When that happens, we want to deal with it properly.

But remembering every conversation, replacement, follow-up and unusual order is not a particularly good customer-service system.

So we built somewhere for those orders to go.
